This role would particularly suit educators who are passionate about inclusive practices, community engagement and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.





You will work collaboratively with the team to:

- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support children's learning, wellbeing and development
- Embed cultural perspectives and inclusive practices into everyday learning
- Create warm, nurturing learning environments
- Work alongside a passionate and supportive team

About You

- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Value inclusion, diversity and community connection
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bring a positive and proactive attitude
- Experience in Aboriginal education and/or inclusion support is highly desirable
