B2B Appointment Setter – $45/Hour | 1–3 Days/Week

Mosman NSW initially, potential to work from home | 1–3 days per week

Interclean is a leading Australian Healthcare Cleaning Technology and Management company, working with hospitals and aged care organisations across Australia.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced B2B telephone professional who knows how to pick up the phone, speak with senior decision-makers and book quality meetings for our Sales Team.

THE ROLE IS STRAIGHTFORWARD

Phone calls. Phone calls. Book appointments. That’s it.

We provide:

- The people to call

- The offer

- A simple proven approach

Your job is to make the calls, have good conversations and book meetings.

Most conversations are short — typically 1–2 minutes.

You’ll speak with senior managers across Hospitals and Aged Care, including people responsible for Environmental Services, Cleaning, Hotel Services, Hospitality, Facilities and Infection Prevention & Control.

WHAT WE EXPECT

This role is about call volume, consistency and confidence.

You make a lot of calls.




You speak to a lot of people.
Some will be interested. Some won't.

You keep calling — and book quality meetings every day.

We don't need someone who spends half the day preparing to make calls.

We need someone who makes them.

WHO WOULD BE OUTSTANDING AT THIS?

You may have experience in:

B2B Sales | Business Development | Recruitment | Account Management | Telesales | Appointment Setting

More importantly, you're comfortable speaking manager-to-manager.

You can:

- Get past gatekeepers

- Build rapport quickly

- Sound natural, not scripted

- Hold a confident business conversation

- Ask directly for the meeting

You're professional, intelligent, persistent and personable — and you're genuinely comfortable on the phone.

You'll initially work from our Mosman office while you learn Interclean, our market and our approach.

Once you're performing successfully, the role can transition to working from home.
