Townhouse Hotel Wagga in Wagga Wagga, NSW seeks an experienced Chef for a full time, ongoing role at The Oakroom Kitchen and Bar. You will plan seasonal menus, oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety and cost control to meet quality standards.

The role requires leadership, 3+ years of chef experience, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays. Salary is competitive with long-term career opportunities in a well-established hotel and restaurant.
