The Personnel Group in NSW invites applications for a Program Connect Lead in Wagga Wagga. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers access supports through NDIS and Inclusive Employment Australia programs while building solid community partnerships.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:06pm with travel across the Riverina region. You will coordinate intake, support planning, and transitions to ongoing services, delivering person-centred outcomes in a diverse
