SA Health's Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Clinician (Occupational Therapist or Social Worker) to provide clinical leadership across a multidisciplinary team. You will manage complex patient journeys and help transitions between hospital, community, aged care and disability services across the Barossa, Hills and Fleurieu region.

Flexible work arrangements include travel across BHFLHN with hybrid/remote options where available; permanent, full-time and part time
