Looking for a permanent skilled Forklift operator (license essential) with experience in loading and unloading of goods.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Forklift Operator (license essential) to join our Toowoomba based paper manufacturing site. You’ll help keep our production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Performing routine checks, basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Completing production,



inspection and packaging tasks
- Recording production and quality data
- Following WHS procedures and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Working collaboratively to meet daily production targets

Skills & Experience

- Manufacturing or production experience, ideally within FMCG
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to read technical instructions and manuals
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedule
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and work on your feet
