Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR)is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a man 49yrs old in the Liverpool, NY area. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is open-minded, respectful and dedicated staff to engage in activities with him in the community.

The DSP will assist him in developing social skills, DSP will assist with independent living skills and encourage him to try new things/activities. DSP will provide assistance while out in the community.

Days/ Hours Days can vary. Mon-Sat 9am- 6pm

Looking for 35 hours per week Com Hab services at $20 per hour

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.



Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities will be a plus. Reliable transportation is required. A background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be completed prior to hire through the non-profit agency.

- Effective communication and organizational skills required.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
