ING Australia seeks an experienced Team Lead AML – Fraud to guide the FCCAO team in meeting AML/CTF obligations. You will lead fraud reporting to AUSTRAC, uplift processes, and drive KPI-based performance in a dynamic, changing environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure high standards of analysis and reporting, and foster a robust compliance culture across the organisation. Direct hiring and transformation initiatives are part of the role.
