ForHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Toowoomba team in a permanent part time or casual capacity. You will deliver patient-centred care alongside experienced nurses and GPs, including immunisations, wound care, and education, within a supportive and inclusive environment.

The role requires current AHPRA registration and availability from 12pm-8pm and weekends. We value teamwork, excellent communication, and a patient-first approach to care delivery.
