Monash Health is seeking registered nurses to join Monash Children’s at Home in Clayton, Melbourne, part-time ongoing. Provide high‑quality paediatric nursing care at home, coordinating with families and hospital staff for protected transitions from hospital to home.

You will support newborn/paediatric patients, engage in discharge planning, and contribute to quality improvement while working within a multidisciplinary team.
