Makinson d'Apice Lawyers is seeking a Graduate/Junior Lawyer to support defence work in property damage and general liability. The role involves handling complex coverage and liability matters arising from construction disputes, with supervision from senior counsel.

You will assist on first party and third-party claims, advise on recoveries, and contribute to subrogated actions and prelitigation strategies for defendants in high-stakes disputes, including work for a major NSW Government Agency.
