We're seeking experienced Gaming Attendants to join Wynnum Manly Leagues Club at Manly West and Fielders Club at Tingalpa.

What you'll be doing
- Welcoming members and guests and providing friendly, professional gaming service.
- Processing payouts and handling cash accurately in line with venue procedures.
- Responding to gaming machine enquiries, resolving minor issues and reporting faults.
- Maintaining a clean, secure and well-presented gaming floor.
- Applying responsible gambling practices and responding sensitively to guest concerns.
- Supporting Keno operations where trained and authorised.
- Working closely with Duty Managers and your teammates throughout each shift.
What you'll bring
- Previous gaming attendant experience is essential.
- Current RSA and RSG certifications.
- Confidence with gaming machines, payouts and cash handling.
- A sound understanding of responsible gambling practices.
- A calm, practical approach and strong attention to detail.
- A welcoming manner and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Keno or TAB experience will be highly regarded.
