The Royal Yacht Club of Victoria is seeking qualified Chefs/Cooks and Food and Beverage staff to join our team in Williamstown, VIC. This part-time/casual role is an excellent prospect for experienced hospitality professionals to contribute to the success of our renowned seaside club. Potential to become full time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our members and guests
- Ensuring all food service operations are efficient, cost-effective and meet health and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests
- Assisting with food and beverage service as needed

What we're looking for

- Relevant culinary qualifications and experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar hospitality setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative




- Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding member/guest expectations
- Flexible and adaptable to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
