ESR Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Development Analyst in Sydney to drive financial analysis and governance for industrial development projects. You will work with Development leadership to challenge assumptions and support investment decisions.

Responsibilities include detailed feasibility models, portfolio reporting, and scenario analysis across the development lifecycle, from acquisition through to exit. Robust Excel, ARGUS and EstateMaster skills are essential.
