NHS Jobs is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead a research nursing team within the Trust. You will manage a designated number of studies, maintain patient safety, and ensure all control measures meet current policies and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and update policies, supervise staff, support budget delivery, and collaborate with principal investigators and support departments to embed clinical research into routine care across services.
