The Salvation Army in Shepparton, VIC is seeking a Part time Case Manager to deliver strengths-based, person-centred support to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will conduct assessments, manage referrals, and advocate for clients to secure housing and essential services.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this permanent on-site role requires collaborative skills, risk assessment, and knowledge of relevant services.
