Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Parts Manager to take the lead at an established automotive dealership in Ballarat.

- $65,000 annual retainer
- Lucrative monthly commissions
- Total earning potential of up to $130,000 per annum

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Parts Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the dealership's parts department, driving sales, managing inventory and building strong relationships across the business and with external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, supporting and developing the parts team.
- Growing retail, workshop and wholesale parts sales.




- Driving departmental profitability and achieving gross profit targets.
- Managing inventory, stock turnover and aged stock.
- Building relationships with trade customers and suppliers.
- Working closely with service and sales departments to maximise opportunities.
- Maintaining efficient processes and high customer service standards.
- Monitoring budgets, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who combines strong automotive parts knowledge with commercial thinking and a hands-on leadership style.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience in automotive parts management or a senior parts role.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A proven ability to drive sales and improve profitability.
- Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
- The initiative to take ownership and deliver results.
