Each is the Lead Agency of the Better Connect program, delivering integrated mental health, AoD and suicide prevention services across Central Queensland’s region. The Operations Manager will oversee hub services and ensure fidelity to program models while driving operational excellence and integrated care.

You will collaborate with managers to align governance, budgets, reporting and staff development, fostering co-design and a culture of continuous improvement.
