Grand Pacific Health is partnering with Hunter Primary Care to build the Tamworth Medicare Mental Health Centre. We are seeking a Peer Worker with lived mental health experience to help shape the service from the start.

This full time fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2029 with potential extension. You’ll support crisis services, assessment, therapy and care coordination within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
