The Administration & Membership Services Officer will play an important role in supporting Turf Australia's members and the smooth operation of the association. This is a diverse part-time role suited to someone who enjoys working across administration, bookkeeping, member communication and social media in a small, friendly association setting. Working Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the organisation and report directly to the Association Manager.

Key responsibilities

- General office administration and organisational support
- Providing administrative support to the Association Manager
- Responding to member enquiries by phone and email
- Maintaining membership records and databases
- Processing membership renewals and assisting with membership services
- Basic bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Raising invoices and recording payments
- Assisting with financial record keeping and reconciliation
- Maintaining and updating Turf Australia's social media channels
- Preparing and scheduling social media posts

About you

- Previous administration or office experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills




- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Experience using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- A professional and friendly approach when dealing with members and stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility for day-to-day tasks
