Jazella Meats is looking for an experienced Factory Floor Supervisor to lead daily production across our meat processing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep production running safely and efficiently while supporting a strong, accountable team.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production activities, staffing and workflow.
- Lead, support and develop production team members.
- Monitor output, product quality, yields and production targets.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ensure procedures and production records are completed accurately.
- Work with maintenance, quality and planning teams to resolve issues.
- Identify practical ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.





What we’re looking for

- Experience supervising or managing a food or meat-processing operation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.
- The ability to organise people and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail.
- Experience with production planning, staff training and performance is an advantage.
