Hotel Federal in Launceston is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support the kitchen team, keeping the area and equipment clean and ready for service. You’ll work with chefs to maintain a safe, effective environment and uphold high hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, is required. Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour.
