Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a clinician to independently assess, diagnose, and manage MSK presentations within a GP-based MDT. The role includes requesting investigations, creating tailored self-management plans, and using the full scope of practice including prescribing and injections if qualified.

You will record data daily, collect PSQs, and contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service improvement.
