Bridgit is hiring a senior settlements lead in Sydney to own the end-to-end loan process from approval through settlement and discharge. You will coach a team, manage timelines, and ensure accurate documentation and timely settlements with solicitors and lenders.

You will forecast volumes, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Credit to remove bottlenecks, all while maintaining strong compliance with NCCP/AML frameworks. This is a leadership role in a rapid-moving fintech environment.
