RecruitR Pty in inner Brisbane is seeking a civil engineer to step into a second Civil Team Lead role. This is a confidential search for a full time position, not a replacement, with a blend of leadership and hands-on delivery across major built-form projects.

You'll lead and mentor around 20 engineers and drafters, coordinate budgets and schedules, and ensure projects run on track while retaining hands-on design and site works. Flexible/hybrid working is offered.
