Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn is recruiting for a Youth & Family Case Management Service role. You will provide intensive outreach support to vulnerable children, young people and families experiencing complex challenges across the ACT.

The position emphasises independence within a small team, strong case management, and effective coordination with community services and schools. We seek a compassionate skilled with relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 2 years’
