Fourth is seeking a Senior Technical Service Delivery Engineer to improve the reliability and supportability of Fourth’s SaaS products. You will own the most complex escalations, act as SME for designated product areas, and partner with Engineering, Product, Support and SaaS Operations to drive lasting resolutions.
