Right Source is seeking a Corporate Governance Partner / Company Secretary in Brisbane. The role delivers quality secretariat services to not-for-profit clients, providing end-to-end Company Secretary duties from minutes to lodgements and everything in between.

You will work in teams to ensure continuity of service, with hours varying including outside ordinary hours to align with Board meeting cycles. Both part time and full-time opportunities are available.
