Safety People is seeking an experienced WHS professional for an initial 3-month contract with an established organisation in Western Sydney.

This is a hands‑on role supporting operational teams, promoting a positive safety culture and providing practical WHS advice across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide practical WHS advice and support to employees and managers.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety coaching and awareness activities.
- Review safety procedures, SWMS and WHS documentation.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams.
- Support continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

About You

- Certificate IV in WHS or relevant experience.
- Experience in an operational WHS role.
- Sound knowledge of NSW WHS legislation.

- A practical, approachable and proactive attitude.
