Your role

An opportunity exists in our Brisbane office for a highly motivated, experienced Warehouse Assistant on a permanent full time basis.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Receipt of goods into the warehouse
- Checking goods according to Quality Assurance requirements
- Pick, pack & dispatch of goods from the warehouse
- Delivery & collection of raw materials and finished goods
- Perform stock take and cycle counts
- Ensure that the warehouse is explicit and clean
- Heavy lifting / manoeuvring etc. of items up to a weight of 20kgs




- Actively promote and ensure compliance with S&H; Core Values and Integrated Management System
- Work safely at all times to ensure safety and health of all workers.
- Consult and communicate with other workers on health, safety and environmental concerns.
- Immediately report all hazards, incidents and near misses.
- Other duties as directed by the State Manager andContracts & Sales Manager.

Prerequisites

- Strong time management and administrative skills
- Team player who can work autonomously
- A minimum of 1 years relevant experience
- Display the qualities contained in the S&H; core values
- Understanding of QHSE safe work practices
- Driver's licence
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Must be physically fit
