Western Projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of medium-sized commercial construction projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, driving program and budget outcomes, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality and presentation on site.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising commercial projects
- Solid construction knowledge and trade background
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail
- Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges on site
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project etc.)




- Previous management and documentation experience
