University of Melbourne is seeking a full time Retail Officer to join the Advancement, Communications & Marketing team. Based at the flagship on-campus Merchandise Shop, you will deliver exceptional customer service across store, online and events, drive sales, manage orders and inventory, and supervise casual staff.

You will work 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday with occasional event shifts, and enjoy a benefits package including 17% superannuation, salary packaging and wellness programs.
