Lotuspeople.Com.Au seeks an experienced Collections Officer for a fast-paced, high-volume setting in Sydney CBD. You will support customers with overdue accounts, negotiate repayment plans and help drive collections targets.

The role reports to the Collections Manager and requires empathy, professionalism and robust negotiation abilities to maintain excellent service standards while meeting targets. Immediate start offered on a 1-month contract with potential extension.
