About the Role

We are seeking a capable and motivated Lawyer to join our growing practice.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across a range of matters and will be given responsibility appropriate to their experience. You will work directly with clients and have the opportunity to develop your legal skills in a supportive environment.

The role may involve work in areas including:

- Care and Protection
- Criminal law
- General legal advice and representation

The precise mix of work can be tailored to the successful candidate's experience and interests.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds an Australian law degree and is admitted as a lawyer in NSW
- Has sound legal knowledge and strong attention to detail
- Has court litigation experience and is able to undertake court appearances,



including conducting court hearings independently
- Is able to manage matters independently while knowing when to seek guidance
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is client-focused, professional and empathetic
- Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates sound judgment and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Is committed to providing high-quality legal services
- Enjoys working in a small team and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Experience in one or more of our practice areas will be highly regarded.
