The Salvation Army in Seymour, VIC, is seeking a Team Leader for Homelessness Support Services. Based in office in Seymour and Shepparton, this permanent full-time role leads a team delivering client-centred homelessness support, aiming for sustainable housing and wellbeing outcomes.

You will report to the Program Manager and manage service delivery, performance and compliance while building internal and external partnerships to coordinate seamless support responses.
