You will prep, cook, plate, and clean, while working closely with the head chef, apprentices and front-of-house team to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities include cooking breakfast and lunch items to order, running a line during peak service, maintaining plate quality, and upholding health and safety
