Challenge Community Services in Coffs Harbour invites compassionate Support Workers to join Accommodation Services on a casual basis. You will assist clients with high support needs, including those requiring medical support, promoting dignity and independence in shared living settings.

Role includes personal care, daily living tasks, and fostering autonomy, with ongoing training and a versatile roster that includes sleepovers. A current NSW WWCC and NDIA knowledge are preferred.
