We are currently seeking an Corporate Accountant to join our Head Office Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading, supporting and mentoring the accounts team
- Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Managing invoicing, receipting, creditors and reconciliations
- Supporting payroll processes where required
- Coordinating month‑end activities
- Ensuring financial information is accurate and delivered on time
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Maintaining robust financial controls and procedures




- Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Improving systems, workflows and reporting
- Working closely with management and operational teams
- Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required and oversee the financial accounting, tax, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

The Successful Candidate

- Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills
- A minimum of 4 years relevant financial accounting experience in Australia
- Previous Experience in a Senior Accounts Position
- Qualification majoring in Accounting related discipline
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills (Excel and MYOB)
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Team player but able to work independently
