We are looking for the next Super Star Coach to join our Youth Program as we fulfil our mission of building the best coaching gym in the world.

Ability to build to Full Time (if desired within 3-6 months).

The right person will:

Love running group training sessions for youth.

Be excited to work with kids to develop their athletic ability as well as them as people.

Be highly organised, using our systems to track and coach clients.

Be a great team player, helping us achieve our goals while having a good time.

Be an experienced trainer able to work with a wide variety of people.

Have a solid foundation in nutrition principles.

Be very coachable and eager to learn.

Practice what they preach and be an example for the kids.

Have a growth mindset, open to learning and adaptable.

Be looking for a long term role. We are not interested in short term thinking.

We pride ourselves on having the absolute best career pathway in the industry with future potential earning north of $150,000+ p.a for the right people.





This position will require you either all or some of:

Mon-Fri - 2:45pm to 5:45pm

Sat 7:30am - 11am
