OVERVIEW The Institute of Health and Management (IHM) is an Australian higher education provider focused on industry-aligned programs in health and human services. IHM is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead strategic marketing initiatives that support student acquisition, institutional growth, and brand positioning across domestic and international markets. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement within the Australian higher education sector.

Key responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to promote IHM programs across domestic and international markets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, social media, SEO/SEM, email, and event marketing initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation
- Manage and enhance IHM’s digital presence, including website content, search visibility, and engagement metrics
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with education agents, universities, and industry stakeholders
- Ensure marketing activities comply with CRICOS, TEQSA, ESOS Act, and National Code

Requirements

- Coordinate and deliver marketing events such as open days, expos, and recruitment campaigns
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing return on investment, lead generation, and conversion performance

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing specialist or similar role




- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing planning and campaign execution
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
