Mulford is a well-established Australian business supplying plastic sheet, roofing and building products across a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Cutting Machine Operator / Warehouse Operator to join our team in Horsley Park.

Working from 5:00am to 1:30pm, this is a hands‑on role operating our Biesse Beam Saw, cutting plastic sheet materials to customer specifications while supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations. Whether you have previous experience operating saws or cutting equipment, or you're eager to learn a specialised trade, we want to hear from you.

Full training will be provided to the right person with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a Biesse Beam Saw to accurately cut plastic sheet products to customer specifications.
- Read and interpret job sheets, measurements and cutting instructions.
- Plan and organise cutting jobs to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
- Assist with picking, packing, stock handling and dispatch activities.




- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (where licensed).
- Support other warehouse functions as required to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

About You

- Current Forklift Licence (LF).

Highly Regarded but Not Essential

- Experience operating a beam saw, panel saw, CNC machine or similar cutting equipment.
- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, fabrication or plastics processing environments.
- Experience reading technical drawings or cutting plans.
