We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional for the pivotal role of Head of House. Working closely with the Club Secretary, you will take full ownership of daily front-of-house operations, household management, and accommodation services. This is a hands‑on leadership position mentoring a casual team to deliver the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

- Recruit, train, roster, and mentor casual front-of-house and housekeeping staff
- Oversee day-to-day household tasks and maintain strict health, safety, and risk regulations
- Partner with the Head Chef and Administration Officer to deliver seamless club events
- Deliver warm, skilled, and discreet service to members and guests

About you





- Strong background in a hospitality supervisory or front-of-house management role (boutique hotels or premium venues highly regarded)
- Proven capability in staff rostering, stock control, and managing busy event periods
- Ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
- A sharp eye for detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to presentation standards
