XPeng seeks an experienced ANZ Fleet Sales leader to drive fleet strategy across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with leasing companies, FMOs, government bodies and major corporations. You will manage tender processes, pricing, maintenance packages and aftersales terms, ensuring alignment with dealer networks and HQ.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive fleet or corporate sales in ANZ, robust negotiation, and deep knowledge of novated leases, fleet finance, tendering and compliance.
