NBMLHD's Hawkesbury Community Health Centre seeks a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS2) to provide senior clinical leadership and advance specialist practice for life-limiting illnesses in the community and across Hawkesbury Hospital.

The CNS2 coordinates care across community, inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure secure, compassionate care and seamless transitions for patients and families.
