SEEK is seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead a premium kitchen in Canberra. The role offers Monday to Friday daytime hours, with minimal work after 5pm and a maximum 45-hour week. You will cook for a discerning clientele across daily dining, executive lunches, and private functions in a corporate setting.
You will have significant autonomy over menus, suppliers and the direction of the food offering, with access to excellent produce and supportive facilities to run the kitchen properly.
