About the role

Atta Barbershop is looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate Senior Barber to join our team. We are seeking a barber who takes pride in their craft, has excellent attention to detail, and can consistently deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services. The ideal candidate will be confident working with a diverse range of clients, have strong technical barbering skills, and understand the importance of creating a welcoming, professional and premium experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of fades, including skin fades, low fades, mid fades, high fades and taper fades, with precision and consistency.

- Deliver high-quality classic haircuts and traditional barbering styles.

- Perform beard trims, shaping, line-ups and detailed beard grooming.

- Demonstrate strong scissor-cutting techniques for a variety of hair types and styles.





- Provide professional styling and finishing services to achieve the desired look for each client.

- Deliver hot towel services as part of our premium grooming experience.

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, communicating professionally and understanding their individual needs.

- Consult with clients to recommend suitable haircuts, styles and grooming products.

- Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring tools, chairs and workstations are clean and ready for every customer.

- Contribute to a positive team setting and uphold the standards and reputation of Atta Barbershop.

- Be involved in videos, recording and participating in video ads.

- Ability to build a clientele.
