The role requires strong communication, organisational and relationship management skills, along with the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to broader national objectives. The position involves regular travel and coordination of activities designed to enhance awareness of Defence capability and the contribution of the ADF Reserves.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed:

About our Team
ADF Reserves and Employer Support (ADFRES) enhances Defence capability by fostering strong relationships between Defence, Reservists, employers, industry and the wider community. The Regional Engagement team delivers stakeholder engagement programs, employer immersion activities,

Working across Australia, the team connects Defence with key external stakeholders, identifies opportunities to strengthen support for Reservists and promotes understanding of Defence capability and priorities. Through these activities, the team contributes directly to Defence preparedness, capability and community engagement outcomes.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel regularly throughout NSW and the ACT, including to Defence establishments and training areas, and hold a current C Class driver's licence with the ability to operate a 12-seat vehicle in support of stakeholder engagement activities.
