The Role
This role supports the planning, coordination and compliance of maintenance activities across a diverse range of equipment and assets. You will work closely with technical specialists, maintenance personnel and stakeholders to help ensure maintenance activities are conducted safely, effectively and in accordance with established procedures.

As a Maintenance Systems Officer, you will:

- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities and work schedules.
- Support workforce planning and task prioritisation
- Review records, documentation and compliance requirements. Assist with audits, inspections and assurance activities.
- Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to support operational outcomes. Prepare reports and provide advice on risks, issues and maintenance activities.
- Support the development and improvement of procedures and business processes. Contribute to workforce development through coaching and knowledge sharing.

monitored and conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The team is responsible for workforce coordination, maintenance compliance, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement activities, helping to ensure equipment and assets remain safe, serviceable and available to meet operational requirements

Experience in maintenance, logistics, compliance, asset management, operations support or a similar environment will be highly regarded, along with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes and contributing to team success
