About the role

Expedition Apparel is seeking a highly organised and efficient picker and packer to join our dynamic team in Preston, Victoria. This is a full-time role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehousing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

- Receive, unpack, and accurately log incoming stock deliveries

- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organised, and safety-conscious manner

- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and cycle counts

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers and respond to inquiries promptly

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar store person or warehouse role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

- Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse or store person experience is required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

- Excellent organisational and time management skills





- Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work workplace

- Forklift licence

- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
