We are seeking an experienced and motivated educational leader with strong curriculum knowledge, a commitment to evidence-informed practice, and the ability to build staff capability through collaboration, coaching and instructional leadership.

The successful applicant will work alongside our existing Mathematics and Science Heads of Department to analyse student achievement data, lead evidence-informed teaching practices, and support staff to deliver high-quality, differentiated Mathematics instruction.

A key priority will be refining and strengthening our Program of Excellence in (SMA) Science and Maths Academy across Years 5-9, ensuring curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and student pathways are aligned to maximise student growth and achievement.

Responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with the Mathematics and Science Heads of Department to review and analyse student achievement data.
- Lead the implementation of evidence-informed teaching practices.
- Support staff to deliver high-quality, differentiated Mathematics instruction.
- Enhance and strengthen the Science and Maths Academy (SMA) Program of Excellence across Years 5-9.
- Ensure curriculum, teaching practices, assessment and student pathways are aligned to support student growth and achievement.
